With the help and support of Clermont County, the Grant Vocational Students and many Clermont County businesses, the Harmony Hill Museum Pavilion was completed.
The Williamsburg Harmony Hill Museum Pavilion was dedicated to James E. Lefferson on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
The Pavilion is used for the annual Pioneer Day Program for Williamsburg Elementary School Third Graders who visit Harmony Hill Museum. Interactive displays and activities such as butter making, surveying, weaving, shelling corn, laundry and cooking leave lasting impressions with the children. These hands-on learning experiences bring history to life.
The Pavilion can also be booked for weddings and special events.

$150 per day fee applies for the Pavilion Rental
Terms of Rental:
1. All rentals must be approved by the Board of the Williamsburg Harmony Hill Association, Inc.
2. No signs, hooks, adhesive or attachment of any kind can be made to the Pavilion.
3. No open fires or grills are permitted without special permission.
4. No alcoholic beverages are permitted without special permission. You must abide by all federal, state, and local rules regarding the serving of alcohol. Alcohol sales are prohibited.
5. Noise from the event is subject to the local Noise Ordinances and should be kept within reason.
6. Tenants at Harmony Hill Museum have reserved parking on the site.
7. The pavilion and surrounding spaces must be returned in the same condition as when rented. If not left clean and in the same condition a $150 fee will be accessed to cover the clean up.
8. Persons renting the pavilion should bring extra trash bags and all trash should be bagged and placed in or next to the appropriate trash container.
9. Food trucks catering for your event will need special permission from us and need to park in a designated area. No selling of any kind is permitted from these trucks.
10. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the grounds of Harmony Hill.
11. Any violations of any of these terms of the agreement may result in the loss of your deposit or appropriate charges to your credit card to cover any damages we may incur.
12. Space is rented on a first come/first serve basis and must be secured with a deposit check and signed agreement to hold the date.
13. Refund/Cancellation Policy. A refund of 1/3 of the rental agreement shall be given 31-60 days prior to the rental date. No refunds will be issued for cancellation within 30 days of the rental.
14. A copy of this form must be carried by the person renting the pavilion on the day of the event.

Indemnification Agreement
_______________________________ agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Williamsburg Harmony Hill Association, Inc. from any claim, demand, suit, loss, cost or expense or any damage claimed or recovered against or from the Williamsburg Harmony Hill Association, Inc. by reason of any damage to property, personal injury or bodily injury, including death, sustained by any person whomsoever which damage, injury or death arises, out of or is incident to or in any way connected with the performance of this contract , and regardless of which claim, demand, damage, loss, cost of expense is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of _________________________________________________, the Williamsburg Harmony Hill Association Inc. or by third parties , or by the agents, servants, or factors of any of them.
I agree to carry appropriate insurance coverage to defend any claims made by myself or my guests while on the Pavilion premises.
I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms of the above agreement.
